So my experience with Tesla's repair/maintenance service has been horrible. About a month after I got my 2021 M3P the passenger side headlight started to go in and out at random. I scheduled a mobile service appointment that ended up getting delayed by nearly three weeks. The technician finally arrives and replaces my headlight and instructs me align the headlight after the install and leaves without making sure the light works. Turns out the light they installed is also broken and stuck in an infinite loop of trying to level itself but not being able to. It keeps trying to level itself even when the car is turned off completely. Now the Tesla app won't allow me to schedule another mobile appointment and is basically forcing me to take it to the nearest service center which is 100 miles from my house. Also, I work at night and the only times available are in the morning when I'm usually asleep. Never have I had to go through so many hoops to have a headlight changed. This is ridiculous. So for anyone out there considering a Tesla be aware that their customer service is nothing short of garbage.
